About Malorie Anepete
Creating home for clients or my own family is a passion that I will never stop pursing. Since 2010 I have been actively buying and selling real estate, focused on delivering an elevated and personal experience. My goal is to get you as close to your dreams as possible, and to be your advocate and friend in the process.
In my pre-baby professional life, I was immersed in the world of marketing and events. I worked for just under a decade in higher education developing marketing campaigns, crafting unique messaging, organizing large corporate events, and steering the design for it all. Simultaneously, I’ve always had one foot in real estate as my husband and I purchased and sold multiple homes, managed a rental portfolio, and renovated properties for profit.
Creating “home” is more than a pretty house. It’s the people in it, how you live together on a day to day basis, and the things that elevate your experience.
I am a mother to 3 crazy, wonderful kids and wife to the best partner I could ask for. This support system has given me the freedom and confidence to explore my passions of pairing real estate and design – and here we are! It is an honor to find, sell, and create home with my incredible clients.
These days I live and work in Medford, NJ with my family. I love absolutely everything that small town living in South Jersey has to offer, and explore neighboring towns – big and small – on the regular.
