I know what you’re thinking…
No, you don’t have to move all of your things out of your home, and yes, you can still (very happily) live there! Kids too.
There will be editing, decluttering, rearranging and some decor swaps or additions, but most of what will remain is what you live with regularly. I will guide this process and help with everything. You’ll be amazed at the difference a fresh set of experienced eyes can make!
The Staging Process
.01 Assess
Together we will walk through each room and decide on what preparation needs to happen in order to position the home in it’s best light. Think: decluttering, cleaning, and minor improvements if necessary.
.02 Edit
Once we agree on a due date, you’ll execute the editing of each room discussed. The good news? Since you’re going to move anyway, you’ll be ahead of the game when it comes time to pack!
.03 Style
I’ll spend time executing the finishing touches to make all of your efforts truly shine. You may notice some rearranged furniture to enhance the room’s flow, or a few new additions through art or textiles. Once this is complete, your home is ready for photos and to hit the market!
